Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete your lifestyle consultation form and familiarise yourself with our spa facilities. We regret that a late arrival will decrease your treatment time.
Your treatment will last the full duration if no other booking is scheduled after your appointment.
Please inform our spa concierge if you have any medical conditions such as high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, recent injuries/operations or any other medical complication.
If you are pregnant, please defer to our spa concierge for advice on treatments that are safe to enjoy during your pregnancy.
